Collaborating was a piece of cake, according to the Oscar winner.

“I’ve been working with my daughter for 32 years,” Streep told Women's Wear Daily. "I was blown away. I’m not objective — I think she’s fantastic. ... But I think other people have corroborated that.”

In the movie, Streep, 66, stars as a rocker who tries to be there for her adult daughter, played by Gummer, 32. And while Gummer added that she and mother are hardly their characters, their on-set dynamic "wasn't as strange as one would think."

"We were greatly aided by the fact that there were these indisputable traits that I’ve inherited," she noted. "There was a shorthand in terms of that."

If there was ever any doubt that Amy Schumer has reached superstar status, look no further than her most recent vacation pics, where she can be seen riding on the back of a jet ski with Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence.

"Oh, God! Don't even start! All my celeb friends!" Schumer joked, before adding, "She's the coolest chick you'll ever meet. She's beautiful."

The "Trainwreck" star, 34, then revealed how she ended up vacationing with the "Hunger Games" star, 24.

"Once a year I go away with all my girlfriends from high school. We went to the Hamptons because they wouldn't let us go back to Martha's Vineyard. No one would rent us a house because they heard about us," Schumer said, without elaborating why.

"So we go to the Hamptons, and Jennifer and I have become friends. I was like, 'Oh, we're going on a boat tour tomorrow. You should come.' It was kind of a hypothetical," Schumer said. "And she was like, 'I think I'm coming!' I was like, 'Oh, my God!'"

The best part, though, was seeing her friends' reactions, which Schumer actually filmed.

"They're like nurses and teachers, and I'm like, 'Jennifer Lawrence is coming on a boat with us tomorrow,'" Schumer recalled. "They're all screaming!"

So how did Schumer end up on the back of a jet ski with JLaw?

"We wound up going jet skiing and I was like, 'I'll drive! I've got this!' And she was like, 'No, I'm Hunger Games,'" Schumer explained.

A photo Schumer posted of the pair with the caption, "Jlaw #maniac," got close to 40,000 likes.

Rapper 50 Cent spends $5,000 a month on "gardening," another $1,000 for grooming and $3,000 per month on his wardrobe, according to new filings in bankruptcy court.

The 40-year-old musician, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, revealed his monthly expenses and income in new documents filed Monday in Connecticut and obtained by ABC News.

According to the documents, 50 Cent has a monthly income of about $185,000, mostly from royalties and interest on his investments. But his monthly expenses total $108,000, including $67,000 a month to maintain his 50-room Farmington, Connecticut, mansion, which he valued at $8.25 million, the documents say.

The rapper-turned-actor filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month after a jury in New York City ordered him to pay $7 million to Lastonia Leviston, who said he posted online a sex tape she made with a boyfriend. 50 Cent is currently appealing the ruling.

During testimony in the Leviston case, Jackson denied having a lavish lifestyle.

But the new bankruptcy filings show he owns seven cars, including a 2010 Rolls Royce and three Chevy Suburbans. The documents list a total of $24.8 million in assets and $32.5 million in liabilities.

In addition to thousands in legal fees, the rapper owes his stylist, Erin McSherry, $5,245.

The documents also show that he gives $14,600 per month to support two kids and a grandparent.

The "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" rapper, who appears in the movie "South Paw" opposite Jake Gyllenhaal, is due back in bankruptcy court Wednesday.

50 Cent's camp did not immediately respond to calls and emails for comment.
